Warmer support
A little help with your heating.
Get started
Warmer needs Windows 11 (x64), internet and a Mill account. Pair new heaters in Mill's mobile app, then sign in to Warmer. Choose Try demo rooms to explore without an account or hardware.
Common questions
Change for now or Weekly schedule?
Change for now sets a temporary temperature for one hour, two hours, or until the next scheduled change. Mill stores the deadline, so your PC can be off. End temporary change returns early. Weekly schedule edits repeating times and saved temperature levels. Moving a slider alone never sends a change.
Which heaters support temporary temperatures?
Custom temporary temperatures currently require generation 3 heaters that are online, enabled and controlled by Mill. Temperature limits and account restrictions still apply. Warmer explains when another integration, a whole-home change or a conflicting schedule prevents an action.
A change is saved, but readings are unavailable.
Mill accepted the change, but Warmer could not read the result. The previous target is labelled Last reported. Refresh rooms to check again. Warmer never automatically repeats a timed-out write. If an action is unconfirmed, check its state before retrying.
Can I create homes, rooms or pair a heater?
Settings offers Add a home and Manage rooms and devices. Owners can create or rename rooms and assign devices. Shared-home management is restricted. Automatic Bluetooth pairing is not included. Use Mill's mobile app for ordinary pairing. Advanced Gen3 Wi-Fi setup and cloud-ID linking require additional device information; a MAC address is not a cloud ID.
What if my connection or sign-in stops working?
Check internet and Mill's service, then Refresh rooms. If sign-in has expired, enter your current Mill credentials. Sign out removes Warmer's saved sign-in without changing heating. Schedules and accepted temporary changes remain with Mill.
Where did the window go?
Minimise hides Warmer to the Windows tray. Double-click its tray icon to reopen. X or Ctrl+Q quits. Ctrl+, opens Settings and Escape goes back. Acrylic may become solid when the app is inactive.
How do refunds work?
Purchases and refund requests are handled through Microsoft Store order history under Microsoft's applicable terms.
